This is a special edition of the Funeral Gurus where Robin Heppell introduces the upcoming interviews with funeral professionals in his home town of Victoria, British Columbia. He explains that since Victoria and other retirement centers usually face changing funeral trends first, these interviews may help other funeral directors in other locations to be prepared for when the new trends hit their towns.
