Funeral director BT Hathaway, of Hathaway Funeral Homes, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, created some buzz at the recent Funeral Industry Trade Show hosted by the NFDA. One of his blog posts at “Funeral Words” BT challenged the industry’s leading vendors “My Casket Company Challenge” and another questioned a vendor’s direction “Has Wibert Jumped the Shark???.”
