Hi Robin and others at funeralgurus.com,

I was led to your site because I am interested in learning more about the top issues funeral directors are concerned about. I’ve found funeralgurus.com most helpful when the interviews were more focused on practical suggestions on how to manage a funeral home or other major trends in the industry. Since I think this site’s target audience are funeral directors, I think this is information they would find interesting as well.

Other interviews like why a funeral director chose the profession are interesting, but since the targeted audience are already funeral directors, such topics would be less relevant.

    I hope this is helpful.

Apologies. I forgot to add that in terms of future interviews, some topics that would be interesting are:

    * How are funeral homes successfully incorporating technology into their business, both as value-added services provided to families or as a way to manage their business?

    * What are innovative marketing ideas or tools that funeral homes should know about? Some may be unconventional, but effective (e.g. how many funeral homes are listed, as well as monitor and manage their listing on websites like citysearch, yelp, etc)

    * Customer Relationship Management - what are funeral homes doing to manage the customer relationships after the service? What system or tool do they use to track their customer’s satisfaction?

    * Trends - what societal trends are going to have an impact on the funeral industry, and is the industry prepared for these changes?

Got something to say?
